Visa Application
Do you need an invitation letter and/or other materials to help with
your efforts to obtain a visa to attend FAN2009/IWAC2009? If yes, we
can send you the letter and/or the materials provided that you have
already paid the registration fee.
To request an invitation letter, please send an email to
fan09@u-aizu.ac.jp with the following information:
- Full name
- Addresses (Email address AND post address)
- Telephone number and FAX Number
- Confirmation material of your registration (in jpg or pdf file)
- Paper ID number(s)
- Title of the paper(s):
All submitted information is verified prior to the letter being
produced; it is not an automatic process and it will take several days
to send the letter to you. Please note that this invitation letter does
not guarantee that you will receive a visa. Since it does require time
to process, we suggest that you plan on as much lead time as possible
to get your letter request in and process your visa application.
Note that the materials required for applying the Japanese visa might
be different for people from different countries. Please confirm the
materials you need by asking the embassy of Japan in your country, and
tell us what we can do for you exactly.
