/Course outline
Educational function of Physical Activity is to foster the maximum development included not only physical and mental but also social factors of young generation people(like university students),and to cultivate them through actual physical activity.
Graduation requirement in the field of Physical Education is to acquire two credits from Physical Activity subjects, especially Physical Activity 1 and 2.
授業の目的と到達目標
/Objectives and attainment
goals
1. Development of sports skills  and physical fitness
2. Cultivation of the attitude such as cooperation and voluntary through collective physical activities.
3. Education and awareness of lifetime interest in physical education for health
4. Improvement of ability for plan management in actual physical activity.
5.Understanding about significance both team sports and individual sports

授業スケジュール
/Class schedule
1. Continuous course(first grade, former semester)
2. Sports events
volleyball, basketball, softball, football, tennis table tennis, badminton etc.
Students can select any sports for practice freely in every class.
  (Only first  three or four time students will practice basketball or volleyball in order to
get good communication each others)

Understanding deeply technical system of each sports that students can continue to practice in their lifetime and enhancement of practical ability.

1. Relative sports(included Budo)
       Kendo
2. Personal(individual)sports
       Bowling, Swimming,Skiing,Snowboarding,
3.    Practice for physical (and for mental) control and adjustment

1. Intensive course(mainly second grade,later semester)

Bowling,Swimming,Kendo,Skiing,Snow boarding,Theory and practice for physical (and for mental) control and adjustment(PCA)

3.Contents
We, instructor stuff can not introduce about the contents of all sports in this syllabus in detail on this limited small space, so we will show only about snow boarding and about theory and PCA.
1)Snow boarding
a)Winter(from January to February),
