＊＊This course is <Courses Related to Teaching Profession>. 平成２５年度より年次進行で実施された現行の学習指導要領は、改正された教育基本法や学校教育法に則り、平成２０年１月の中央教育審議会答申を受けて改訂されたものであり、答申では次の７つの基本的な考え方が示されている。 ① 改正教育基本法等を踏まえた学習指導要領 ② 「生きる力」という理念の共有 ③ 基礎的・基本的な知識・技能の習得 ④ 思考力・判断力・表現力等の育成 ⑤ 確かな学力を確立するために必要な授業時数の確保 ⑥ 学習意欲の向上や学習習慣の確立 ⑦ 豊かな心や健やかな体の育成のための指導の充実 現行の学習指導要領の改訂は、上記の答申を踏まえ、 ① 教育基本法改正等で明確となった教育理念を踏まえ「生きる力」を育成すること。 ② 知識・技能の習得と思考力・判断力・表現力等の育成のバランスを重視すること。 ③ 道徳教育や体育などの充実により、豊かな心と健やかな体を育成すること。 以上の3点を基本的なねらいとして行ったものである。 これらについて理解を深め、「教育課程に関する法令、教育課程編成の基準」について学習する。更に「学校教育の目標や目的を達成するために、教育の内容を生徒の心身の発達に応じ、授業時数や単位数との関連において総合的に組織した学校の教育計画」である教育課程について、その意義を正しく理解するとともに、平成２８年１２月の中央教育審議会答申を受けて改訂される予定の次期学習指導要領についても学習する。 |

教育課程は学校教育目標の達成を目指して編成、実践、評価されるものだが、その教育目標 は学校経営における第一の指針であり、その決定に関する権限は学校経営の最高責任者としての校長にある。 一方、教育課程を編成する当事者は「学校」であるが、「各学校」を構成するのは、校長以下の教職員であり、生徒であり、また、その学校に生徒を託している保護者である。そしてそれらを担って直接に教育活動を行うのは教師自身である。このことから、教育課程の編成は、何よりも教師が日々行う教育活動の実践の場から始められることになる。 教育課程は日々の教育活動の基であり、その学校の目指すべき方向を示す根幹である。教師一人一人がその重要性を理解し、編成に取り組む必要がある。 現行の学習指導要領の改訂において、教育課程のキーワードは「新しい学力」から、＜生きる力＞を知の側面からとらえた「確かな学力」へと転換した。また、現在は「学力低下」「いじめ」「不登校」「学級崩壊」「体罰」「格差社会」といった言葉がマスコミで取り上げられない日がないくらいである。 これらの諸課題について深い関心を持って主体的に学習するとともに、教育課程編成を始めとする様々な教育活動への理解を深めることにより、生徒が生き生きと学ぶことのできる「教育課程」を創造し、それを実践できる力を養う。 |

This course is "The subject about the curriculum and instruction method". It is a required subject when you aim at the junior high school teacher. In addition, it is not required for a high school teacher. But instruction of morality and the citizenship becomes the problem, and it is a desirable subject to study. In this course, I will explain significance and a role of the moral education. In addition, I want comment to various theories of moral education. And I will introduce a real educational practice of the moral education. |
