/Course outline
The graduation requirement is to acquire two credits from the field of Physical Education. Physical Activity1 and Physical Activity2 are Recommended subjects.
The educational functions of sports activities in physical education are to cultivate and maximize the physical, mental and social development necessary for realizing the healthy life of students through physical activities.
Physical education is a subject to cultivate skills to maintain and promote health through the following.

1, Understand the diverse values of sports

2, Foster attitudes and social skills to enjoy sports safely and fairly throughout the lifetime according to your physical fitness and skill level.

3, Through acquire physical fitness, improve the quality of life.

Objectives
The curriculum of physical education and educational practice have problems that can not be solved by only one side. Therefore, to design classes based on classroom actual situation is required.
The objectives of Physical Activity 1 and 2 are as follows.

1. To foster a basic physical fitness through various sports activities.

2. Learning basic skills for an essential understanding of things (Understand through an experiment with a sense of a body in reality).

Through 1 and 2, to cultivate a foundation of the human being with a balanced mind and body.


Attainment goals
1, Attendance more than 4/5 by autonomous activities

2, Understanding the properties of various sports type and the effects of physical exercise.

3, Accurate understanding / improving behavior of points of skill improvement

4, Appropriate communication and fair attitude

5, Be aware of sports equipment, uniform, and environment, have the ability of appropriately to ensure the health and safety of individuals and groups.

6, Evaluate the current self's physical condition objectively, understand immediate and long-term effects by physical exercise, pay attention to sleep and nutrition improvement.

7, To devise of how to try and learn subjects such as how to improve physical fitness, how to solve problems, learn the name and usage of skills, and so on, to continue the physical exercise according to teams and their problems.


授業スケジュール
/Class schedule
The basic viewpoints of the educational materials in PA1 are as follows.

・Through sports activities, activate appropriate communication and increase the cohesiveness of the class gradually.

・When using sports facilities in sports activities, the number of people for use will be limited to ensure safety and sufficient time for activities.

・In a good climate period, recommend an outside environment of large space to take adequate sunlight, air and ensure adequate physical activity.

・In a period of when there is a risk of heat stroke, recommend an environment of an indoor pool.

Take off accessories during class.

授業スケジュール

Based on conditions such as weather, class composition, facility environment, classes will be conducted class-by-class considering safety and fairness.
Especially focused on maintaining physical fitness to cope with a decrease of daylight and temperature during winter indoor season.

The basic viewpoints of the educational materials are as follows.
・The gym size is inadequate for 40 student's activity at the same time.
Therefore, class management is necessary for securing sufficient physical activity time and ensuring safety.  For solving such a problem, a class will divide into some groups.
e.g. perform aerobic exercise at the indoor pool and racket sports alternately.
・Recommend swimming exercise to enhance immune function during winter season.
・Recommend racquet sports that activates cognitive functions with strategy through games during winter season.

We, instructor stuff can not introduce about the contents of all sports in this syllabus in detail on this limited small space, so we will show only about snow boarding and about theory and PCA.
