The University of Aizu "Joint Career Forum 2010"
The "Joint Career Forum 2010" was held at the University Auditorium on Wednesday, January 14, for 3rd-year students of the Undergraduate School and 1st-year students at the Master's Program of the Graduate School planning to start a career in 2010. 27 local companies mainly related to IT and engineering in Fukushima Prefecture and 4 companies from Tokyo as special entries participated in the forum. A panel discussion titled "What Interviewers really want from interviews" was also held during the forum and recruitment staff from 4 special participating companies introduced the kind of personnel companies really want. 90 students attending the forum visited booths and received brochures and application guides, and also had the opportunity to listen to explanations from company representatives on the characteristics of the companies, employment opportunities and job content, etc.
