AY 2009 Public Lectures Start with "Enjoy Learning! Introduction to Programming"

This academic year's public lectures have started with "Enjoy Learning! Introduction to Programming" by Assistant Lecturer Yutaka Watanobe (Database System Laboratory) on Saturday, June 13, 2009. A total of 20 participants including high school students studied basic programming language (C/C++) and deepened their understanding of computer processing mechanism through hands-on practice.
The University of Aizu will offer a variety of public lectures in this academic year again as a part of contributive activities to the local communities. A total of 16 public lectures will be provided this academic year including "TRY series" which participants get hands-on learning experience with computers and various lectures with a wide range of themes of computer, languages, culture and etc. The University of Aizu will welcome you to any of these lectures.
