The University of Aizu Festival "Sosho-Sai"
The University of Aizu Festival "Sosho-Sai" was held on October 6-7, 2007. The University campus was filled
with visitors for the festival and they enjoyed events and booths organized by student activity groups, introductory classes
for Aizu traditional arts and Sobauchi (handmade buckweat noodles) were held among other events.
During the festival, "Open Campus Autumn Stage" was also held for high school students to provide a mock exam of English and
individual counseling for admission, and leading-edge research in various fields of Computer Science and Engineering
conducted in the University were introduced by faculty members and students through the "Open Laboratory" program.
