A professor (male, age 62) in the University of Aizu concerned did sexual actions to 5 ladies in total against their wills in his office of the University and infringed upon the right of personality of each lady during the period from 1994 to 1999.
These actions are ones that infringe upon the right of personality of the ladies, notably have discredited the honor and trust of the University of Aizu, and are not suitable for the educational public personnel.
The Faculty Assembly after long deliberation, decided on the punishment to give disciplinary dismissal to the professor mentioned.
