กก``2001 Forum: Creativity in the 21st Century - A Talk with the Nobel Prize Laureates, Scientific Forum in Aizu" was held at the University auditorium on October 31. Three Nobel Prize Laureates gave lectures, and joined in a panel discussion on the theme, ``Development of Science and Human Resources in the 21st Century- A Challenge for the World". The lecture at the auditorium was broadcast live at the Lecture Theater and the Multimedia Center. All three sites had audiences near full capacity. The three Nobel Prize Laureates gave their talks, while throwing in an occasional joke, and their talks were very interesting and instructive. This event was most likely a precious experience for all participants.
