University Vice President Receives the IEEE Third Millennium Medal

IEEE (The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc.) awarded ``The IEEE Third Millennium Medal" to about 3000 people from all over the world for achievements and outstanding contributions in their respective research fields. Professor Tetsuhiko Ikegami, the Vice President of the University of Aizu, was one of the medal winners.
