The Project was directed to the development of visual computer aided tool for teaching and studying of the semiconductor physics fundamentals and semiconductor device physics as a realization of a conception TOP-DOWN Education. The following programs for Workstations were developed:

• Shottky gate field-effect transistor (MESFET).
• Photodiodes.
