The University of Aizu Entrance Ceremony of AY 1998 was held at the Auditorium on April 8, 1998.
The new entrants this year are 240 undergraduate students (85 from Fukushima Prefecture and 155 from 35 other prefectures), 51 graduate students (45 from the University of Aizu and 6 from other universities), and 3 international students supported by the Fukushima Prefecture (one from Paraguay, Argentina and Peru).
