Introduction of the Administrative Sections


The Staffs of the General Affairs Section

In this corner, we introduce each section of the Administrative Office one by one. This time, we introduce the General Affairs Section.

The office of the section is on the 2nd floor of the Administration Complex. The section is mainly in charge of the following matters:

Matters related to Faculty Assembly and the Graduate Faculty Assembly.
Matters related to public service for the faculty members and administrative personnel.
Matters related to overseas official business travel for the faculty members.
Matters related to health and welfare for the faculty members and administrative personnel.
Matters related to management of the government buildings and the Faculty Housing.
