Welcome to the submission site for the joint conference (iCAST 2013 and UMEDIA 2013) ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Paper needs to be formatted in IEEE two-column format (you can download the template at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html). Manuscript should be unpublished work, and must include enough detail about the goal, the problem to solve, the proposed methods and the main results. The length of the manuscript is 6 pages. A maximum of additional two pages will be allowed with extra payment. Double-blind review is enforced. Authors do not know the information of the reviewers, and reviewers do not know the details of the authors either. Please see the author kit for detailed explanations of how to ensure this. ***INSTRUCTION ON PAPER SUBMISSION*** Please follow the instructions below to submit your manuscript: 1. Sign in the submission site at https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/ICUM2013/ 2. Check whether you have an account in CMT system or not. 2-1 If you do not have an account, you can create one by choosing the "New Users?" 2-2 If you have already registered in CMT system, you can sign in with the existing account (click "Forgot your password" in case the password was forgotten). 3. Please select your role as "Author" (default) and click the link "Create a new Paper Submission" 4. Please select a tack (ICAST, UMEDIA, ADET, MSEAT, IWIC, SPECIAL SESSION) where you want to submit your manuscript. 5. Fill out the required information (Title and Abstract, Authors, and File Upload) and press the button "Submit" (Note that a two-stage submission process is applied in this event. Authors can submit the abstract and manuscript at the same time OR they can submit the abstract (first stage) before the manuscript (second stage). 6. Please leave a note while making submission if the corresponding author of the manuscript is a STUDENT. This material may include: videos of results that cannot be included in the main paper, anonymized related submissions to other conferences and journals, and appendices or technical reports containing extended proofs and mathematiswcal derivations that are not essential for understanding of the paper. Contents of the supplemental material should be referred to appropriately in the paper and that reviewers are not obliged to look at it. Simultaneous submissions: Our policy is that in submitting a paper, authors implicitly acknowledge that no paper of substantially similar content has been or will be submitted to another conference or workshop until the decisions are made.
