平成25年度より年次進行で実施されている新学習指導要領の改定は、その背景として ・日本という国の歴史的位置の変化による「思考力」重視の方向 ・社会全体の教育力の再生・復活の必要性 ・OECD/PISAの学力観と学力低下傾向に対する配慮 の3点であり、これを踏まえ、 ①教育基本法改正等で明確となった教育理念を踏まえ[生きる力]を育成すること。 ②知識・技能の習得と思考力・判断力・表現力等の育成のバランスを重視すること。 ③道徳教育や体育などの充実により、豊かな心や健やかな体を育成すること。 以上の3つを基本的考え方として改善を行ったものである。 これらについて理解を深め、「教育課程に関する法令、教育課程編成の基準」について学習する。更に「学校教育の目的や目標を達成するために、教育の内容を生徒の心身の発達に応じ、授業時数との関連において総合的に組織した学校の教育計画」である教育課程について、その意義を正しく理解し、諸外国の教育課程を参考にし、学習する。 |

教育課程を編成する当事者は「学校」である。「各学校」を構成するのは、校長以下の教職員であり、生徒であり、また、その学校に生徒を託している保護者である。そしてそれらを担って直接に教育活動を行うのは教師自身である。このことから、教育課程の編成は、何よりも教師が日々行う教育活動の実践の場から始められることになる。 教育課程は日々の教育活動の基となり、その学校の目指すべき方向を示す根幹である。教師一人一人がその重要性を理解し、編成に取り組む必要がある。 今回の学習指導要領の改定により、教育課程のキー・ワードは「新しい学力」から「確かな学力」へと転換した。また、現在は「学力低下」「いじめ」「不登校」「学級崩壊」「体罰」「格差社会」といった言葉がマスコミで取上げられない日がないくらいである。これらの諸課題について深い関心を持って主体的に学習し、生徒達が生き生きと学べる「教育課程」を創造し、実践出来る力を養う。 |

This course is "The subject about the curriculum and instruction method". It is a required subject when you aim at the junior high school teacher. In addition, it is not required for a high school teacher. But instruction of morality and the citizenship becomes the problem, and it is a desirable subject to study. In this course, I will explain significance and a role of the moral education. In addition, I want comment to various theories of moral education. And I will introduce a real educational practice of the moral education. |

近年、情報化、都市化、少子高齢化などの社会状況の変化を背景に、生活体験の不足や人間関係の希薄化が進み、人間性の疎外現象が発生している。その中で、自己を見失ったり、挫折や失敗を乗り越えられず、自信をなくし、自己の生き方に不安を抱えている生徒も少なくはない。このことがいじめや不登校、暴力行為などの一因になっていることも指摘されている。複雑で変化の激しい社会での生き方などについて学び、社会性を身につけ、たくましく生きる力を育成するために、学校における望ましい集団活動や体験的な活動を一層充実させることが期待されている。今回の改定によって「人間関係」の文言が加えられた学習指導要領における特別活動の内容を学び、生徒が困難を乗り越え成長できる「特別活動」の実践をどう作り上げていくかを学習する。 |

特別活動とは、学級（ホームルーム）活動・生徒会活動・学校行事の3つの分野において「望ましい集団活動」を通して人間としての在り方、生き方を学び、人間形成を図っていく実践的な教育活動である。特別活動には教科書はない。そのため、特別活動については指導上極めて弾力的な取り扱いが可能で、学校裁量の幅が大きい。まさに特色ある学校づくりに中心的な役割を果たすことが出来る教育活動である。自校の教育目標との関連を図りながら、学校・生徒・地域社会の実態等に応じて工夫し創造して実践する事が求められている。特別活動の目的を理解し、的確に理論を学習し、高い実践力を身につけたい。上記3分野の他に生徒指導・部活動との関連そして何よりも学級担任としての在り方について研究し教師としての力量を高める。 |
