A Special Seminar Given by Dr. Tosiyasu Kunii, Founding President of the University of Aizu
The Special Seminar Series implemented under the University of Aizu Graduate School's educational program
"Arena and Creative Factory" which the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology
accepted for its "Support Program for Improving Graduate School Education", started on Friday, November 16, 2007.
The opening lecture of the series titled "Independent Administrative Institutions and Roles of
Universities: Past, Present, and Future" was given in English by Dr. Tosiyasu Kunii, Founding President
of the University of Aizu.
The series of special seminars is scheduled to continue with invitation of other world-class researchers and scientists.
