Ceremony for Exchange of Documents for an Agreement on "Partnership Loans for Education between THE TOHO BANK and The University of Aizu"
With the introduction of a new loan program offered by THE TOHO BANK, Ltd., "partnership loans for education between
THE TOHO BANK and The University of Aizu", The University of Aizu and THE TOHO BANK signed an agreement for the purpose of
smooth operation of the program. A ceremony for exchange of the agreement documents was held at a conference room at the University from 11:00 a.m.
on Thursday, October 4, 2007. Following an explanation of the contents of partnership loans for education by THE TOHO BANK, President
Shigeaki Tsunoyama of the University and Mr. Hiroyuki Motoyanagi, Management Director of THE TOHO BANK exchanged letters of agreement.
The loan system is available not only for guardians but also for students themselves for use for educational funds including enrollment
fees, tuition fees, rental fees for apartments, etc.. Fostering many of human resorces contributing to regional society will be expected
through this agreement.
The University and THE TOHO BANK also signed an agreement for the purpose of contribution to regional development and industrial promotion
on Wednesday, June 20, 2007.
