ISTC consists of the Information Processing Center and the University Library.
ISTC's main purpose is to provide information services through computer facilities and library services.

Besides providing regular services, IPC staff provided the following supports in FY 2005.

Replacement of workstations in Computer Exercise Room 3 through 4 and replacement of related servers
Providing webmail services for Librarians and administrators
Discussion about introducing Microsoft School Agreement
Discussion about the mid-term plans regarding the computer environment and computer network systems
Discussion about the new administration and library systems
Providing poster printing service for faculty and staff
Conducting a survey of priced software in use
Supporting to make a new library system available for the Aizu Junior College

Concerning University Library services, 395 volumes Japanese Books, 132 volumes Foreign Books, 121 Japanese Magazines, 327 foreign Magazines, one electronic Journal, and 5 search databases were purchased with 2005 regular budget.

	In this paper, we propose a ubiquitous learning system, which is based on principle of behavior science to provide suitable learning support by collecting the learner's data regarding the learner's learning behaviors, and provide guidance messages based on analysis of the data. The system can also provide personalized support in correspondence with learner's learning situations.

	In this paper, we present the design of a ubiquitous learning support system based on the behavior analysis of a learner. In the ubiquitous learning environment, it is possible to sense and to observe every learner's behavior or learning habit. Based on the analysis of the behaviors, personalized support suitable for the learner's situation can be provided to the learner.
