The University of Aizu realized the need for a planning and management division that exclusively dedicated to the advancement of the University, the study of its future directions, and the making of original plans. This need led to the establishment of the Office for Planning and Management (OPM) headed by the University President.

At present, OPM was renamed Office for Planning and Promotion (OPP) and we cooperate with all administrative organizations to support university operations.
