1. Bilateral Programs Guidelines for AY2025

The couterpart researcher must submit the application form in the partner country as well. Please note that there have been many cases of applications not being submitted in the partner country in the past years.

The deadline of counterpart institute and/or country will be different with ours. Please make preparations well in advance of the deadline.

AS of AY2022, new Security Export Control Regulations have been established for cooperation with overseas researchers and/or organizations. Please submit the pre-confirmation sheet after the project has been selected, so it is not necessary to submit the sheet at the time of application submission.

Please read the application guideline carefully and submit your application form on the JSPS online system.

Applicant don’t need to print out your application forms for submission. Please attach your application form files on JSPS online system.

All application forms need to be compiled into a document and approved by our university president. Please submit your application documents by the deadline.

2. JSPS Online System

JSPS provides three online systems, such as e-RAD, each system needs the different ID.

If you do not have an ID to use the online system, please send an e-mail to the above address.
